With the next Starship test flight due to flying on Friday, Spacex has shared additional details about what is wrong with flight 7. According to the company, vibrations that are stronger than estimates during the flight cause leakage in the ship propulsion system, which increases into the fire, causing Raptor engine is closed. Most importantly, Spacex confirmed that all ship safety systems were carried out as expected because they ensured that the ship was destroyed during the flight before it could violate the flight path and create a significant safety hazard.

Spacex made an increase to Starship to avoid repetition of Flight 7 Mishap on flight 8

After Starship Flight 7 Mishap in January, Spacex and Elon Musk shared that leaks at the bottom or the back of the rocket caused a fire which ultimately resulted in the loss of the ship. Now, because it emphasized that Starship Flight 8 will fly on Friday, Spacex has also shared some details about the mistakes that caused the loss of ships during flight 7.

According to the company, while the six Starship Raptor Starship upper machines successfully brought up successfully after the separation of the stage, there were two flashs on the back of the rocket after taking off. After the first flash, the team in the land is detected higher than the normal pressure near the vacuum rapor engine. This engine is located in the middle of the second phase of the space ship and is responsible for giving power to the ship through space.

After the first flash, the second flash occurred after five of the six machines were closed as part of the controlled sequence, according to Spacex. At this point, land controls also lose all communication by ship, with the last telemetry data transmission occurred in eight minutes and twenty-two seconds after the elevator.

Spacex shares that flash is caused by a higher vibration than expected during the flight. Take to X, the Director of the Space Ship Company Shana Diez shared with the X “One of our design changes is the most likely to bite us here“To improve the anomaly, Spacex fired static space ships that were longer than the beginning of this month. This test includes three separate hardware profiles in the raptor engine fuel channel to ensure that leakage and fire did not occur in the future.

Some changes originating from static fire on the upcoming Starship test flights on Friday involving fuel channels, changes in fuel temperature and engine push. In addition, Spacex will add new ventilation outlets and new cleaning systems to the space ship in the future to avoid similar accidents.

Starship Flight 8 is currently scheduled to fly on Friday, according to Elon Musk and FAA FAA air traffic notification. According to Spacex, most of the ship testing destinations during flight 7 will also be met on flight 8. This includes launching Starlink payloads, turning back raptor engines in space and testing ships for tower catching.
