The Snapdragon X Elite and Snapdragon CEO Christiano Amon previously hinted that next year, customers could buy a Windows-powered device with a Snapdragon SoC for just $700, but the company has another surprise in store; introduces new silicon that can be found in entry-level products priced at $600.

So far, Qualcomm has launched chipsets with 12-core, 10-core, and 8-core CPUs, with lower core counts representing less capable silicon but powering more affordable notebooks. According to the slides shared by XDA, the new Snapdragon Considering Qualcomm hasn’t shared the specs yet, we might see something with a 6-core CPU and the same NPU as the other variants.
