Yesterday, Netmarble Neo announced that the action/adventure of the RPG Game of Thrones: Kingsroad will debut at Steam Early Access in just a few days, on Wednesday, March 26. This followed the demonstration that aired last month as part of the Steam Next Fest. Obviously, the developer receives positive feedback and is ready to continue with the next step.

This game is planned to be in initial access for at least four weeks, which will be an unusual time frame. The store page provides several details about how the initial access version will be different from the complete release:

Most westeros will be available to be explored during the initial access phase. Players will be able to visit big cities like Winterfell, King’s Landing and Highgarden and visit the surrounding area. The initial access version contains 50 chapters from the main storyline, hundreds of side missions and open world meetings, many co-op basements, and endgame PVE challenges. During the initial access, players will start their journey in the northern region of Westeros, exploring iconic locations such as Castle Black, Winterfell, and areas outside the wall, eventually reaching reach.

After the initial access phase, Netmarble will develop to the Stormlands region to introduce additional areas for Game of Thrones: Kingsroad players to be explored. These new areas, such as Storm’s End and Felwood, will display new open world content, new search, and co-op basement. During initial access, the developers will collect feedback to improve further elements such as the balance of games, graphics, UX/UI, and more.

While the complete game will be free to play, to play Game of Thrones: Kingsroad During the initial access phase, players must buy one of the founder packages. The standard package is valued at $ 24.99 and includes northern clothing, emoji package – Jon Snow, and 350 currency bank banks.
