  Changes in membership are taped while GeForce is now turning to a new payment provider. Repeated billing is abolished when our payment service transition and your account remains good.
• Can I use a gift card or promo code now?
  The current gift card and promotional code are not redeemed but will be continued. For questions or assistance, please contact Nvidia customer service.
• Can I buy additional hours now?
  GeForce is now turning to a new payment provider. When we work through this transition, you will not be able to buy additional time. Accounts that are influenced by this change have been migrated to unlimited play time accounts. Users -users will continue to enjoy unlimited playing time until their first billing cycle on or after January 1, 2026, as long as their premium membership remains unbroken and at a good price after the billing continues.
• Does this mean GeForce is now closed?
  No, GeForce will now continue to operate endlessly when we are transitioning payment service providers.
• When will I be billed next?
  Billing will be abolished during the transition, pushing back your next billing cycle with the same time period. We hope that the transition will take a minimum of five weeks. Visit your account portal for further updates.
